Job summary

Primus@ Knowledge Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support multiple deployments across North Luzon, South Luzon, NCR, and VISMIN. You will help maintain plans, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

You will organize meetings, document actions, prepare presentations, and assist with project risk and calendar management while ensuring documentation is complete and compliant with internal standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and Monitoring project plans, project schedules, budget and expenditures
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder's meeting
• Documenting and following up on Important actions and decisions from meetings
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Providing Administrative support as needed
• Developing Project Strategies
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
• Assess project risks and issues
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
