The Project Control Officer is responsible for supporting the planning, monitoring, reporting, and coordination activities of project execution. The role ensures that project schedules, accomplishments, documentation, and key deliverables are properly tracked and reported. The incumbent will work closely with various departments, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment of project information and timely completion of project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
- Consolidate and prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
- Track project accomplishments, deliverables, and key action items.
- Assist in identifying schedule variances, delays, and project risks for escalation.
- Support project performance monitoring through data gathering and analysis.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project execution teams, contractors, consultants, and internal departments regarding project requirements and deliverables.
- Facilitate follow-through of project action items and monitor completion of assigned tasks.
- Support project meetings through preparation of materials, documentation of discussions, and monitoring of agreed action plans.
- Ensure timely communication and alignment among project stakeholders.
Documentation and Control
- Maintain and organize project records, reports, correspondence, and related documentation.
- Ensure proper filing, version control, and distribution of project documents.
- Monitor submission status of project requirements, approvals, permits, and supporting documents.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of project presentations and management reports.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Controls and Project Execution teams.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating project activities.
- Support the preparation and routing of project-related documentation for review and approval.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or other related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, planning, document control, project administration, or related functions.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, power, or engineering projects is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of project scheduling and monitoring tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
- Willing to be engaged under a project-based employment arrangement.
- Willing to be assigned and work on-site in Gapan City, Nueva Ecija.
