Job summary

Pieni Surfaces Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Cost Controller to support project cost management from budgeting through closeout. You will prepare cost estimates, monitor expenses, track variations, and submit claims to clients, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.

The role involves coordinating with site teams, reviewing quality and cost data, and helping improve cost management processes. A 1–2 year track record in cost control within a project-based environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in cost management or related field.
• Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila.

• Keep track of project expenses and maintain cost reports
• Manage and maintain documentation related to project costs
• Support in the preparation of project close‑out
• Continuously seek ways to improve cost management processes
• Familiarize with existing and approved quality systems of the company
• Quality inspection of all projects
• Coordinate between all project sites of the company for quality control
• Manage all application methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurances processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations
• Attend site meetings and technical meetings
• Support and assist Sales Designer at the showroom
