Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, management engineering, industrial engineering, or similar.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong project management background.
• Able to gather data, analyze problems, and make decisions.
• Capable of formulating and executing negotiation strategies with third parties.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work at 10 Evangelista Street, Santolan, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management.
• Evaluate processes, share knowledge, identify opportunities, and advise on improvements.
• Manage and analyze data to identify risks and mitigate issues.
• Interpret and communicate project policies, monitor KPIs, and ensure process compliance.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with external stakeholders to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Participate in project meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain project documentation and report progress to senior team members.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project timelines and deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management.


• Take a proactive role in evaluating processes, sharing knowledge, identifying opportunities, and providing advice to help improve processes and systems


• Facilitate effective project management by adeptly managing and analyzing data, identifying potential performance risks and issues, and implementing strategies to mitigate them.


• Able to interpret and communicate project policies, including processes and systems, monitoring, and escalation of project-level KPIs, performance metrics, as well as process compliance and escalation of issues


• Developing the ability to negotiate and manage relationships with external stakeholders and maintain customer satisfaction


• Participate in project meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.


• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and report on project status to senior team members and stakeholders.


• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a bachelor's degree in business, economics, management engineering, industrial engineering, or the like


• At least 3 years of relevant work experience


• Has a strong project management background.


• Able to gather data, analyze problems ranging from simple to complex, and apply job expertise to make critical decisions.


• Can formulate and execute effective negotiation strategies with third parties.
