Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects
• Conduct risk analysis and management to ensure cost control
• Monitor and track project costs and variations
• Prepare and submit progress claims and variations to clients
• Keep track of project expenses and maintain cost reports
• Support in the preparation of project close-out
• Continuously seek ways to improve cost management processes
• Attend site meetings and technical meetings
• Coordinate between project sites for quality control
