Hexagon Shared Services Inc in Quezon City, Philippines, seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for technical roles.
You will partner with hiring managers to calibrate requisitions, drive proactive multi-channel sourcing, conduct competency-based interviews, and manage offers and onboarding.
The role also supports ISO documentation, audits readiness, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen HR operations.
Calibration & Strategy: Partner closely with hiring managers to analyze technical job requisitions, define core skill requirements, and draft/revise job profiles.
Proactive Sourcing: Utilize multi-channel sourcing methodologies (JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, stack communities, CV databases, and university networks) to target active and passive technical candidates.
Screening & Assessment: Review technical applications, conduct competency- and culture-based screening interviews, and coordinate structured technical evaluations.
Candidate Experience & Pipeline: Maintain clear, prompt, and transparent communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Offer & Off-Boarding Transition: Provide market benchmarks to hiring managers during compensation discussions, structure competitive offers, and manage pre-employment onboarding steps.
Records & Stakeholder Management: Maintain complete recruitment audit trails, candidate notes, and status updates for key stakeholders.
Engagement Execution: Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing employee engagement activities, town halls, wellness programs, and team-building events.
Logistics & Feedback: Manage event logistics (venues, collateral, registration, and attendance) and analyze post-event feedback to enhance future initiatives.
Recognition Programs: Support the rollout and administration of company-wide employee recognition programs.
Quality Management: Draft, review, and update ISO-aligned Human Capital policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
Audit Readiness: Ensure all HC workflows conform to ISO standards; prepare case records, maintain recruitment documentation, and participate in internal/external audits.
Reporting: Generate compliance and recruitment analytics reports as required by management.
Minimum of 5 years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition experience (calibration, sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding), preferably with a focus on technical or IT roles.
Demonstrated track record using job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed), resume databases, and professional social networks.
Proven experience managing third-party recruitment service providers, external partners, and university campus relations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Skilled in process documentation, workflow mapping, and tracking modern recruitment trends.
Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
