Job summary

Philippine Span Asia Carrier Corp. (Manila) is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across the Support and Corporate groups.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard talent from ranks C-suite to entry-level, ensuring timely fulfillment and strong candidate pipelines. The role requires experience with high-volume hiring in shipping and logistics, expertise in social media recruiting (Facebook, LinkedIn), and solid HRIS familiarity to support

• End-to-end recruitment knowledge from sourcing to onboarding.
• Experience with volume hiring and executive roles.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Support and Corporate Group from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure database of active talents from rank & file to executive level.
• Post vacancies on PSACC Career Page, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook and others.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews; provide summaries for hiring manager review.
• Coordinate final interview scheduling and decision tracking.
• Collect salary information and endorse to Total Rewards team for assessment.

About the role

Manage the end-to-end recruitment of the Support and Corporate Group – from sourcing to onboarding within the prescribed turnaround time. Also responsible for ensuring a database of active talents from rank & file to the executive level.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure to hire the right person for the right job at the right time
• Review the approved requisition and ensure complete information, approval, and supporting documents, such as valid separation notice, justification for the additional headcount, and job description, based on the approved matrix
• Facilitate the calibration meeting with the hiring manager to understand the job scope of the vacancies
• Ensure that all assigned vacancies are posted in the job portals such as PSACC Career Page, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook and other job portals in a timely manner
• Conduct consistent paper screening of all received applications in the job portals
• Conduct initial interview assessment based on the job scope, qualifications and culture fit
• Provide interview summary and endorse for hiring manager's review & confirmation of schedule
• Schedule the candidate for the final interview and monitor final interview progress and confirm the decision
• Collect compensation information/details through the salary sheet and the supporting documents such as pay slip, BIR 2316, and any documents to support the declaration
• Endorse the collected salary information to the Total Rewards team for assessment, recommendation and approval

About you

• At least five (5) years of working experience in the field of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
• In depth knowledge of full cycle of end-to-end recruitment (from Sourcing to Onboarding)
• Preference with solid background with Technical Operation in Shipping & Logistics Industry
• Must have an experience with volume hiring and executive roles
• Creative & with social media management experience (Facebook & LinkedIn) in attracting talents
• Experience in HRIS System is an advantage
• Must have good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• With high levels of honesty, integrity and reliability
