Job summary

Belo Medical Group in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist to oversee procurement for warehouse and branch operations. You will source suppliers, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods to both warehouses and branches.

The ideal candidate will have strong procurement knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage orders efficiently, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring compliant records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement for warehouse and branch operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes including supplier sourcing, negotiation, and order management.
• Excellent communication to manage supplier, internal team, and client relationships.
• Solid negotiation skills to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Proficiency with ERP systems or procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Procurement management for warehouse and branches, ensuring timely, cost-effective supply.
• Source suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders with accurate details.
• Track orders and coordinate with warehouses and branches for timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist in stocktaking.
• Ensure records and reporting for procurement activities and supplier performance.
