Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Handle talent sourcing, candidate pooling, and mass hiring.
• Post job advertisements and manage recruitment portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and hiring decisions with Hiring Managers.
• Administer applicant assessments and background checks.
• Process job offers, employment contracts, and pre-employment documents.
• Maintain employee 201 files and recruitment records.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies.
