Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent English in speaking and writing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Full availability for assigned shifts with notice.
• Remote work readiness with reliable home office setup.
• Track record of finishing what you start.
• Matcher: recruitment/interview experience preferred.
• Qualifier: high-volume screening or intake experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Search existing candidate pool and maintain a backup list.
• Interview candidates and run final interviews, decide readiness.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success.
• Write client-ready evaluation reports.
• Hit daily and monthly targets with accuracy.
• Screen candidates at volume against defined criteria.
• Verify technical setup and reliability before advancement.
• Flag borderline cases and hand off context to Matchers.
• Maintain process and documentation during high volume.
