Job Description

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
• Support onboarding and training programs for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and resolve HR-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Contract: 5 months

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience Level: Suitable for Fresh Graduates
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, strong written and verbal communication, excellent attention to detail, effective interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, adaptability, a proactive approach, and a commitment to confidentiality.
