The Project-Based Compensation and Benefits Associate is responsible for supporting the Compensation and Benefits function through the timely processing of government statutory remittances, administration of employee benefit claims, monitoring of employee regularization requirements, and providing back-up support for timekeeping operations. The role ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations while maintaining accurate employee records and delivering efficient employee support.
Process and facilitate monthly government remittances, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other mandatory contributions.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and payments to government agencies.
Maintain and reconcile remittance records and employee contribution data.
Coordinate with relevant agencies to address discrepancies and concerns.
Process maternity and sickness benefit claims in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
Assist employees with documentation requirements and claim submissions.
Monitor claim status and coordinate with government agencies for updates and resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of employee claims and supporting documents.
Track employee probationary periods and regularization schedules.
Coordinate with managers and HR stakeholders regarding regularization evaluations and documentation.
Prepare and process regularization confirmation requirements.
Ensure timely communication of regularization status to employees and relevant departments.
Serve as back-up personnel for timekeeping administration.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Accountancy, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, or Human Resources Operations is preferred.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory government benefits administration.
Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG processes.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
