Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources and administrative operations, with a strong focus on government-mandated requirements, compensation and benefits, and employee records administration.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with Philippine government statutory requirements and is comfortable handling confidential employee information, payroll-related documentation, and HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Government Mandatories & Compliance
- Process and maintain employee records related to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements.
- Assist with employee registration, updates, contribution concerns, and other government-mandated documentation.
- Ensure timely submission and maintenance of statutory reports and records.
- Monitor government compliance requirements and deadlines.
- Assist employees with concerns regarding government benefits and documentation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll and other compensation-related documents.
- Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including government-mandated and company-provided benefits.
- Process and monitor leave applications, attendance records, and other payroll inputs.
- Assist employees with compensation and benefits inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate with payroll/accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
HR & Administrative Support
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR databases.
- Prepare employment-related documents, certificates, forms, and reports.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding requirements.
- Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives as needed.
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks related to HR operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR administration, compensation and benefits, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
- Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR processes.
- Experience with payroll preparation and attendance/leave monitoring is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
