Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• At least 1 year in Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, or HR operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government benefits administration.
• Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and related reports.
• Administer maternity and sickness benefit claims with proper documentation.
• Track regularization timelines and coordinate evaluations and communications.
• Serve as back-up for timekeeping administration and records maintenance.
