Job summary

Security Bank is seeking a Project and Change Requests Manager to oversee end-to-end lifecycle of strategic initiatives. You will guide intake, planning, execution, monitoring and closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality while aligning with governance and stakeholder expectations.

You will collaborate with Business Design, Product, Technology, and Business Units to document and validate requirements, develop plans, manage risks, and report to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, technology delivery, change management, or business transformation.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, PMI-PgMP, or PMI-PfMP are an advantage.
• Experience in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, risk and issue management, and project monitoring and reporting.
• Understanding of business processes, vendor/third-party management, budget oversight, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end project requirements with Business Design, Product, Technology and Business Units.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Ensure governance, stage-gate reviews, documentation standards, and approvals.
• Track performance against scope, schedule, budget, and benefits; prepare dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate implementation, UAT, deployment readiness and handovers.
• Contribute to improving PM methodologies, frameworks, reporting practices and governance.

About The Role

As Project and Change Requests Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic projects and change requests from intake, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. The role ensures initiatives are delivered within approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards while maintaining alignment with governance requirements, business objectives, and stakeholder expectations.

How You’ll Contribute

• Work closely with Business Design teams, Product Groups, Technology, and Business Units to define, document, validate, and manage project requirements.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and implementation schedules.
• Identify, assess, track, and elevate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with portfolio governance requirements, stage-gate reviews, documentation standards, and approval processes.
• Track project performance against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and benefits.
• Prepare project dashboards, management reports, and portfolio updates for leadership and governance forums.
• Coordinate implementation, user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, and operational handovers.
• Contributes to the enhancement of project management methodologies, delivery frameworks, reporting practices, and governance processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, technology delivery, change management, or business transformation
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, PMI-PgMP, or PMI-PfMP are an advantage.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, risk and issue management, and project monitoring and reporting.
• Solid understanding of business processes, vendor and third-party management, budget oversight, and resource planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms, as well as Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
