Job summary

SID Global Solutions in the Philippines seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive digital banking projects from ideation to launch. You will own delivery, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and act as a change agent for continuous improvement.

You will lead cross-functional teams, identify risks, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders while ensuring customer-centric outcomes and adherence to regulatory requirements in the Philippine context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, delivering projects successfully in digital banking/financial services.
• Experience delivering projects with limited or incomplete tools and resources.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Education

• Bachelors degree in a technical or business-related field.

Work Experience

• Minimumof5yearsofexperienceinanITprojectmanagementrole,withaproventrack record of delivering projectssuccessfully in a digital banking or financial services environment.
• Provenexperiencedeliveringprojectssuccessfullywithlimitedorincompletetoolsand resources.

Knowledge Area

• Masteryof various project managementmethodologies,including Agile and Waterfall, and the ability to adapt them to acontinuous improvement framework.
• AstrongunderstandingoftheSoftwareDevelopmentLifeCycle(SDLC).
• Experienceidentifyingandmitigatingprojectrisks,bothtechnicalandoperational.
• Familiaritywithfinancialregulationsandcompliance standardsin the Philippines (e.g., Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas - BSP) is a significant plus.
