The Role

The Senior Business Capability Partner serves as the enterprise authority and strategic advisor for leadership, workforce, organizational, and team capability development across Security Bank.

The role partners directly with senior executives, HR Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to shape workforce capability strategies, leadership development ecosystems, succession readiness initiatives, organizational effectiveness interventions, and enterprise transformation programs that enable long-term business performance.

As the lead capability advisor for Workforce Development, the role owns the end-to-end capability portfolio covering Leadership University, people manager development, executive development, organization development, change leadership, coaching, team effectiveness, and future workforce readiness. The role influences enterprise capability investments, advises leaders on organizational capability priorities, and ensures capability interventions achieve measurable business impact.

How You’ll Contribute

• Defines enterprise workforce capability strategy aligned with business growth, transformation priorities, and future workforce requirements.
• Develops multi-year capability roadmaps for leadership, managerial, professional, and workforce capability development.
• Advises senior leadership on organizational capability risks, leadership readiness, talent sustainability, and workforce development priorities.
• Owns strategic direction and governance of Leadership University and enterprise leadership development initiatives.
• Defines enterprise leadership capability frameworks, leadership standards, and role-based development pathways.
• Oversees executive, senior leader, manager, and emerging leader development architecture.
• Provides strategic consulting services to business leaders on organizational effectiveness, organization design, team effectiveness, culture change, leadership transitions, and transformation initiatives.
• Serves as a trusted advisor during large-scale transformation, restructuring, integration, and change initiatives.
• Serves as internal expert on leadership, organizational development, coaching, change leadership, and workforce capability development.
• Facilitates executive workshops, leadership off-sites, strategic planning sessions, and organizational effectiveness interventions.
• Coaches leaders and senior managers on leadership effectiveness, team performance, and capability development priorities.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 12-15 years of combined experience in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Change Management, Executive Coaching, Human Capital Strategy
  • At least 5 years leading enterprise-wide programs
  • 5 yrs consulting directly with senior leaders and executives
  • Experience in banking, financial services, consulting, or large-scale corporate environments preferred
• Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning experience design
• Experience developing classroom, virtual, blended, digital, and experiential learning solutions
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, multimedia development, microlearning, simulations, and learning technologies
• Strong content development, written communication, and presentation skills
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret learner feedback and evaluation data
