SID Global Solutions in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives. You will own projects end-to-end, identify process gaps, and embed improvements to benefit future programs.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid SDLC understanding, with proven ability to deliver in IT, fintech, or financial services settings. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage changing requirements with resilience.
The Project Manager will be a crucial individual contributor in our digital transformation journey. This role demands a leader who can not only plan and execute projects with flexibility and resilience but also act as a change agent. Your primary mission will be to proactively find process gaps within our project delivery cycle, work with teams to address them, and ensure those improvements are embedded to benefit future projects.
Take full ownership of digital transformation projects from ideation to launch, defining project scope and goals while remaining highly adaptable to sudden changes in requirements, priorities, and timelines
Actively seek out and identify inefficiencies and process gaps within the project delivery lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions
Actively identify, analyze, and anticipate potential project risks and bottlenecks before they happen, developing and implementing proactive strategies to mitigate these risks
Create, track, and manage project budgets, ensuring all projects are completed within financial constraints and adjusting quickly to changes
Lead and guide cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and motivation to ensure project milestones are met
Use strong logical reasoning to break down complex problems, untangle dependencies, and make sound, data-informed decisions under pressure and with incomplete information
Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and proposed solutions clearly and consistently
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT project management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully in a digital transformation or financial services environment
Proven experience delivering projects successfully with limited or incomplete tools and resources
Mastery of various project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and the ability to adapt them to a continuous improvement framework
A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience identifying and mitigating project risks, both technical and operational
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence and guide teams without direct authority
Exceptional logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see the big picture and the small details
A proactive, adaptable, and resilient mindset, highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in the Philippines (e.g., Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas - BSP) is a significant plus
