Key Responsibilities

* AdaptableProjectOwnership&Delivery:Takefullownershipofdigitalbankingprojectsfromideationtolaunch.Youwilldefine projectscopeandgoalswhile remaininghighlyadaptabletosuddenchangesinrequirements,priorities,and timelines.

* ContinuousProcessImprovement:Activelyseekoutandidentifyinefficienciesandprocessgapswithinourprojectdeliverylifecycle. Youwillcollaboratewith cross-functionalteamstoimplementeffectivesolutionsandensurethese improvementsare successfully applied to subsequent projects.

* ProactiveRiskManagement:Thisisyourprimaryfocus.Youwillactivelyidentify,analyze,andanticipatepotentialprojectrisksand bottlenecksbeforethey happen.Youlldevelopandimplementproactivestrategies tomitigatetheserisksandkeepthe projecton track, even withunexpected shifts.

Minimum Qualification required :

• Bachelors degree in a technicalor business-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT project management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully in a digital banking or financial services environment.
• Proven experience delivering projects successfully with limited or incomplete tools and resources.

Requirements

• Mastery of various project managementmethodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and the ability to adapt them to a continuousimprovement framework.
• A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC).
• Experience identifying and mitigating project risks, both technical and operational.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in the Philippines (e.g., Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas - BSP) is a significant plus
