Thames International School Inc. seeks a Project Analyst to provide technical, research, and administrative support for the PSF-PQF integration project.
The role involves conducting desktop research, policy analysis, and preparation of analytic summaries under the guidance of the Project Lead and Project Consultant. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in education or related fields and at least 3 years of experience in education policy, research, or workforce studies, with strong writing

The Project Analyst provides technical, research, and administrative support to the Project Lead and Project Consultant in the implementation of the project on the integration of the Philippine Skills Framework (PSF) and the Philippine Qualifications Framework (PQF).
1. Assist in conducting desktop research on qualifications frameworks, skills frameworks, competency standards, micro-credentials, lifelong learning, and related topics.
2. Assist in review and analysis policies, laws, resolutions, and reference documents relevant to the project
3. Assist in preparing concise analytical summaries and synthesis papers from research findings.
4. Compile and organize local and international best practices related to qualifications and skills framework integration.
5. Assist in the development of comparative matrices, mapping tools, and analytical frameworks.

7. Edit and format project documents to ensure consistency, clarity, and quality.
8. Maintain and update the project's repository of research materials, references, and working documents.
9. Assist in preparing consultation materials, briefing notes, and workshop presentations.
10. Document proceedings of consultations, workshops, and validation sessions.
11. Consolidate stakeholder comments, recommendations, and action points.
12. Assist in preparing post-consultation reports and revised technical outputs.
13. Track action items, timelines, and document submissions.
14. Maintain project databases, files, and version control of project outputs.
15. Assist the Project Manager in preparing progress reports and status updates.
16. Perform other analytical and technical tasks as may be assigned by the Project Lead.
The Project Analyst should preferably possess working knowledge of at least some of these:
Proficiency in:
Microsoft Word
Excel
PowerPoint
Google Workspace
Literature review and desktop research
Technical writing
Data organization and analysis
A Master's Degree or units earned towards a Master's Degree is an advantage.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the following:
