Job summary

The role involves conducting desktop research, policy analysis, and preparation of analytic summaries under the guidance of the Project Lead and Project Consultant. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in education or related fields and at least 3 years of experience in education policy, research, or workforce studies, with strong writing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in education, public policy, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in education policy, research, or workforce studies.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in desktop research on qualifications frameworks, skills frameworks, and related topics.
• Assist in review and analysis of policies, laws, and reference documents.
• Prepare concise analytical summaries from research findings.
• Compile best practices and develop comparative matrices and mapping tools.
• Draft sections of consultation reports and executive summaries.
• Maintain and organize project documents and repository.
