Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordinator (Order Processing / Shipping) to join their team at Kallang Pudding Road, Singapore. You will manage quotations, sales orders and inquiries, liaise with suppliers and logistics providers, and ensure timely order fulfilment from confirmation to delivery.

The role requires 2–3 years in sales coordination or related fields, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ERP/order management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Levels or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics or a related discipline.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, order processing or customer service, preferably within manufacturing or trading.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using ERP or order management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and handle customer enquiries accurately.
• Coordinate customer orders from confirmation through to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment.
• Liaise with suppliers, factories, logistics providers and internal teams on order progress and shipment schedules.
• Prepare and check sales, invoicing and shipping documentation.
• Monitor delivery timelines, resolve order discrepancies and promptly elevate potential delays.
• Keep customers updated on order status and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Support payment follow-up and maintain accurate sales and order records.

• Working hours : Monday to Friday |9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $3,500 + AWS + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
