Job summary

TGT Global is hiring an experienced Program Coordinator to manage onboarding, scheduling, and logistics from start to finish at our Eastwood, Quezon City site. The role requires strong organizational and client-facing skills, plus proficiency with Monday.com, SharePoint, and Zoom to ensure smooth program delivery.

You will support coaches, maintain records, and drive process improvements while collaborating with clients and internal teams to create a professional, high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in administration or program coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience managing schedules and client communications.
• Proficient with Monday.com, SharePoint, Zoom.
• Able to identify and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding, scheduling, rescheduling, and program administration from start to finish.
• Communicate with clients and participants to ensure they have the right information and materials before each session.
• Support coaches with documents, schedules, and resources they need for successful program delivery.
• Maintain accurate client, participant, attendance, and program records using Monday.com, SharePoint, and other systems.
• Schedule and facilitate Program Success Meetings (PSMs) to align clients on timelines, logistics, and requirements.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for workshops, events, and program sessions, including room bookings, catering, supplies, and other arrangements.
• Manage program resources and inventory to ensure everything is ready when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems and help make program delivery more efficient.
• Use AI and technology tools to improve productivity, streamline processes, and support team goals.
• Work closely with clients, coaches, and internal teams to deliver a professional and seamless experience.
