Job summary

TGT Global is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to drive multi-site operations across our BGC and Eastwood locations in Metro Manila. You will oversee SLAs, performance targets, and the development of Operations Managers while delivering strategic insights to executive leadership.

You will build strong client partnerships, manage major escalations, and proactively identify risks to implement effective action plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end to end operations management experience.
• Must have worked in a BPO, offshoring, shared services or similar industries.
• Strong background in operational excellence, performance management, client management and employee retention.
• Proven experience in site operations and incident management.
• Strong exposure to global client management and strategic decision-making.
• Track record in process improvement, compliance, and people leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Available for onsite work in BGC or Eastwood.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site operations, drive SLA and performance targets, develop operations managers and workforce capabilities, and provide strategic insights to executive leadership.
• Build strong client partnerships and lead business reviews.
• Manage major client escalations and translate business needs into operational solutions.
• Proactively identify risks and implement effective action plans.
• Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Facilities to maintain operational stability and business continuity.
• Ensure IT tickets and facility concerns are escalated and resolved.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
• Monitor compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and operational procedures.
• Strengthen coordination across IT, Facilities, and Operations teams.
