Role Description

The Professional Medical Representative – Metro Manila is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. The role involves promoting and detailing pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions within assigned territories. The Medical Representative will conduct regular client visits, present product information, distribute marketing materials, and provide scientific and technical support as needed. Daily responsibilities include monitoring market trends, gathering competitive intelligence, organizing and participating in medical events, and ensuring accurate reporting of activities and sales results. The role also requires maintaining strong, professional relationships with healthcare providers while adhering to ethical promotional practices and company policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess the initiative to build knowledge and skills about Pharmacy and Medical related terminologies in order to effectively understand and communicate product information.
• Candidates should possess Market Intelligence skills to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build professional relationships and deliver clear, respectful product presentations.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline is preferred but not a requirement.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage schedules, and meet sales and activity targets.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and nearby areas as needed and to work flexible hours aligned with healthcare professionals’ schedules.
