Premises Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Management, Hospitality Management, or a related service environment, with proven experience in team and client management.
- Proven experience managing a facilities portfolio of at least 100,000 sq. ft. within the past three years.
- Preferably with at least 3 years of experience with JLL or equivalent experience providing Integrated Facilities Management services.
- Strong experience in account operations, client relationship management, workplace experience, and service delivery.
- Background in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Guest Services, Concierge, Events Management, or other customer‑facing service environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to apply hospitality standards and customer experience principles to workplace and facilities operations.
- Strong knowledge of Facilities Management, including housekeeping, maintenance, security coordination, pest control, landscaping, waste management, space management, concierge, events, and workplace services.
- Proven experience managing vendors and service partners, including monitoring of SLA, KPI, SOW, EHS, and contractual requirements.
- Working knowledge of government statutory requirements, permits, licenses, safety regulations, and facility compliance requirements.
- Experience managing Capex and Opex budgets, financial forecasting, variance analysis, procurement, purchase orders, and vendor billing.
- Strong understanding of energy management, sustainability, waste reduction, and environmental programs.
- Proven experience managing projects, site improvements, events, and adhoc client requirements within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Experience preparing and presenting operational, financial, facilities, and management reports, including business reviews.
- Strong understanding of EHS, emergency response, business continuity, risk management, and incident escalation.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while maintaining high standards of performance, accountability, and customer service.

Preferred Leadership Profile
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on Facilities and Workplace Management leader with a strong hospitality mindset. The candidate should be able to combine technical facilities expertise with excellent customer experience, service delivery, and stakeholder management skills.
A strong background in hospitality, hotel operations, guest experience, concierge, events, or premium customer service environments will be an advantage, particularly for managing a high‑profile corporate account such as Globe.
The candidate must be comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment, managing multiple priorities, responding to escalations, coordinating vendors and service partners, and ensuring that the workplace remains safe, functional, compliant, comfortable, and welcoming.
