The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a PE license in the Philippines, and proficiency with AutoCAD or ETAP.

About the role

Triton Constructions Development Corporation is seeking a Professional Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, where you will play a crucial role in designing, planning, and overseeing electrical systems for our construction and development projects. As a Professional Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical installations meet industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications whilst contributing to the successful delivery of our construction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems, schematics, and specifications for construction projects in accordance with building codes and industry standards
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate electrical requirements and identify potential challenges
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, plans, and technical documentation for project implementation
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with design specifications
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases
• Manage electrical project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Conduct quality inspections and troubleshooting of electrical installations
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction personnel
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records for compliance and future reference

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution
• Valid Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) license in the Philippines
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably in construction or development projects
• Proficiency with electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of Philippine electrical codes, building codes, and safety standards
• Demonstrated expertise in power distribution systems, lighting design, and fire safety systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems or sustainable electrical solutions is advantageous
