Job summary

DC Mancita Builders, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical design and coordination with structural elements on construction projects.

The role requires leading teams, reviewing designs, and ensuring compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code and project standards. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, a licensed REE, and at least five years of construction or field engineering experience, with strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Registered/licensed Electrical Engineer with REE is preferred; RME is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction or field engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement electrical designs, plans, and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Review and implement electrical designs, plans, and specifications
• Ensure all installations comply with applicable codes and standards including Philippine Electrical Code
• Supervise electrical works including power distribution, lighting, and auxiliary systems
• Coordinate electrical layouts with structural elements and ensure proper routing of conduits and cable trays
• Lead and supervise electricians, subcontractors, and field engineers
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules
• Oversee testing of electrical systems and lead commissioning activities
• Ensure all materials and installations meet project specifications
• Enforce electrical and construction safety standards
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and architectural teams

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE required; RME is an advantage)

• Proven experience in both electrical systems and structural coordination
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code and basic structural principles
