Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Operator Technician or in a comparable manufacturing/production position.
• Experience working directly with production machinery or industrial equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic machine operation and equipment troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines and production equipment based on approved operating procedures.
• Monitor equipment during production and check for unusual sounds, movements, readings, or other signs of potential problems.
• Conduct pre-operation and routine equipment checks to ensure machines are in suitable working condition.
• Identify and report machine abnormalities that may affect production, safety, or product quality.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and basic adjustments for minor machine-related issues.
• Check possible causes of equipment problems and provide relevant findings to the Supervisor or Maintenance Team.
• Carry out routine machine care, including cleaning, lubrication, tightening, and visual inspection.
• Support scheduled preventive maintenance and basic equipment servicing activities.
• Assist Maintenance personnel during machine repairs, testing, and equipment checks when necessary.
• Monitor machine output and promptly report recurring issues, downtime, or operational concerns.

About the role

About you

• Familiar with basic machine maintenance such as inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures and work instructions.

• Practical and hands‑on approach to resolving routine machine concerns.

• Physically capable of performing production‑floor activities and handling materials or equipment when required, subject to safety guidelines.

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively with Production and Maintenance teams.
