We are seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing facility located in Sucat, Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full‑time position that plays a vital role in our production operations. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery on the production line, ensuring consistent output while maintaining stringent quality and safety standards. This role is essential to our operational success and directly contributes to meeting our production targets and customer commitments.
Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with established operating procedures and safety protocols
Monitor production processes and machinery performance throughout shifts to identify and report any irregularities or malfunctions
Conduct routine checks and maintenance on assigned equipment, including cleaning, lubrication and basic troubleshooting
Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
Record production data, including output quantities, downtime incidents and quality issues on production logs
Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production status, equipment issues and safety concerns
Assist with changeovers between production runs, including equipment adjustments and material setup
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programmes to enhance operational efficiency
Graduate of a technical course or at least a 2-year Engineering course from a vocational/technical school
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or Operator Technician
Strong machine operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance skills
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Willing to extend working hours when required
Operator Certification, GMP, Sanitation, and Safety Training Certificates are an advantage
