Job summary

CDO Foodsphere, Inc. is seeking an Operations and Preventive Maintenance Technician for the Batangas Plant.

The role involves executing the preventive maintenance plan for assigned machines and performing repairs when breakdowns occur in line with prescribed maintenance standards. The candidate should have at least one year of experience in machine repair and maintenance, preferably in a food manufacturing context, and a strong grasp of food safety regulations such as HACCP and FDA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in food technology or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, FDA regulations).
• Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation aptitude and experience with operating production machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
