Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BS Engineering or TESDA certificate.
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.

• Willing to render overtime if necessary and can work on shifting schedule.
• Flexible and willing to learn.
• Can work effectively with people at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, and machines.
• Monitors and adjust production processes and equipment for quality and productivity.
• Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
• Start up and shut down processing equipment/machines.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of machine and equipment according to the maintenance schedule.
• Assist engineers in maintaining overall functionality and efficiency of plant equipment and machinery.
