FIS is seeking a Production Support Analyst II to monitor and support live financial software, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable production environments. You will work with internal teams to restore services and assist with AWS migrations, while supporting scheduled weekend on-call duties.

The role emphasizes hands-on support across Windows, SQL Server, and cloud services, with a focus on reliability, incident response, and collaboration with delivery teams to maintain service continuity.

Qualifications

3–4 years in production support, application support, or technical support.
Experience supporting production apps on AWS.
Working knowledge of Windows, SQL Server, networking fundamentals, and structured troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
Willingness to participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support production applications; investigate incidents and restore service within agreed timelines.
Troubleshoot issues across Windows, SQL Server, networks, and cloud-hosted environments.
