Job summary

GreenPlus Corporation in Cavite is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring targets are met and GMP/HACCP and safety standards are maintained. You will monitor manpower, attendance, productivity, and performance, coordinating with warehouse, QA, maintenance, and other departments to prevent delays and ensure SOP compliance.

• 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, manpower allocation, and output monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure achievement of production targets.
• Monitor manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and personnel performance.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production output, rejects, downtime, and material consumption.
• Coordinate with warehouse, Quality Control/ Assurance, Maintenance, and other departments to prevent production delays.
• Ensure proper implementation of production plans, SOPs, and housekeeping requirements; prepare daily production reports and recommend corrective actions for operational issues.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
