Key Responsibilities
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and priorities
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Production teams to align demand and capacity
Schedule operations for corrugation, printing, die‑cutting, laminating, and finishing
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
Ensure availability of raw materials (linerboard, medium, ink, adhesives) before production
Optimize machine utilization and minimize downtime
Track and report production output, delays, and bottlenecks
Maintain accurate production planning records and reports
Collaborate with procurement for material requirements and forecasting
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2–3 years experience in production planning (preferably in packaging or manufacturing)
Strong understanding of corrugated box production processes
Proficient in MS Excel (planning, forecasting, data analysis)
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is an advantage
