Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of its corrugated box manufacturing plant in Cavite, Philippines. The role focuses on efficient production processes, quality standards, productivity optimization, and leading the production team to achieve targets.

The successful candidate will plan and supervise daily activities, monitor schedules, and coordinate with Maintenance, QA, Warehouse, and Sales to drive improvements while ensuring safety

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in a supervisory/managerial role in corrugated box or paper packaging.
• Strong knowledge of corrugator and converting operations.
• Experience in production planning, quality management, and lean manufacturing.
• Willing to work on-site and render extended hours; start asap.
