You will coordinate with multiple departments, drive continuous improvement, monitor metrics, manage schedules, and mentor staff to build a high-performance team focused on efficiency and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Lead and coach production teams with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Plan, track, and optimize production schedules and manpower utilization.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet targets, budget, and minimize downtime.
• Plan and revise production schedules to address demand changes and challenges.
• Monitor output, cycle times, and efficiency; enforce SOPs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to refine policies and boost efficiency.
• Assign tasks, balance staffing, and provide feedback and development for staff.
• Lead safety culture and coordinate with HR on employee relations.
