The role emphasizes guiding a team of engineers and technicians, driving yield improvement, defect analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Production, and Maintenance to meet quality and production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years in engineering with 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience leading projects from concept to completion.
• Solid track record of process improvements and yield optimization.
• Strong ability to analyze defects and implement corrective actions.
• Experience coordinating with Quality, Production, and Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering projects including new model development.
• Develop timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct trial runs, analyze results, and adjust.
• Document project phases and maintain records.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve production challenges.
