FURUKAWA ELECTRIC THERMAL MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS AND PRODUCTS LAGUNA, INC. is seeking an Assistant Supervisor for the PCP Warehouse Department to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and drive a motivated, high-performing team.

You will lead receiving, storage, dispatch, stock audits, and process improvements, while collaborating with Production and Procurement to align warehouse activities with business objectives and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience in supervisory or team lead roles.
• Hands-on with inventory management systems and stock audits.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead receiving, storage, and dispatch with documentation.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels.
• Develop procedures to improve inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of inventory.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities and team meetings.
• Collaborate with Production and Procurement for seamless ops.
• Monitor warehouse conditions for safety and cleanliness.
• Prepare detailed inventory and performance reports.
• Maintain documentation of procedures, training, and safety compliance.
• Perform additional duties to support PCP team.
