Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a production supervisor in Laguna, Philippines to lead and supervise daily manufacturing targets. You will coordinate with departments to ensure timely preparation of parts and monitor line setup effectiveness, driving improvements in efficiency.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and 1–3 years of experience in a Japanese manufacturing environment, with strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills and proven people management abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering Course or related field.
• With at least 1-3 years’ experience in a Japanese manufacturing company
• Experience in team supervision and people management
• Proficient in MS Excel (formulas) and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production teams to ensure daily targets are met
• Coordinate with various departments for timely preparation of parts
• Monitor change over line setup and improve efficiency
• Handle people and parts management with attention to detail
• Create reports and present updates using MS Excel and PowerPoint
