Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields).
• 1–2 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in molding set-up, preparation, and management.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and sustain production lines to minimize downtime and ensure efficient processes.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and parameter optimization.
• Identify root causes of machine failures or process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee fixture repairs and maintenance of production tools (e.g., jigs, stencils).
• Analyze production data to identify defects and perform failure analysis.
• Document non-conformance incidents with root cause and corrective actions.
