Job summary

Laguna Southwoods Products, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to implement processes and best practices across the plant. You will translate day-to-day strategy into actionable steps and monitor production performance.

You will oversee inventory, coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse, report to Top Management, and drive 5S and safety. The ideal candidate is experienced in operations, with strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to improve efficiency and output.

Qualifications

• Experience in applying organizational effectiveness and operations management principles.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are required.
• Ability to monitor production, inventory, and reporting to top management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations are carried on in an appropriate way.
• Assist Production Manager with daily operations oversight.
• Improve production operations and monitor worker productivity.
• Approve Daily Accomplishment Reports of workers.
• Monitor scrap items for the production process.
• Prepare and report work-related accidents, if any.
• Oversee delivery of materials, plan inventory and warehouse efficiency.
• Report to Top Management on operational issues.
• Maintain 5S and cleanliness of the Paper Bag warehouse.
