Job summary

Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc. seeks a Team Leader to oversee daily production operations, align with the production plan, and drive efficiency and quality across the line.

You will coordinate with production and quality teams, monitor outputs and downtime, and prepare KPI reports to share with management. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, resource management, and proactive problem solving to maintain uninterrupted production flow.

Qualifications

• At least High school or Senior High School graduate; college undergrad or vocational course are acceptable.
• Minimum of 1-2 years in a team leader role or equivalent in manufacturing/production.
• Proven experience in scheduling production and allocating resources to meet goals.
• Hands-on experience with quality control, defect identification, corrective actions, and quality assurance.
• Experience in managing inventory and coordinating with supply chain for raw materials and WIP.
• Experience in troubleshooting production issues, root cause analysis, and solving production delays.
• Experience in tracking production data, analyzing KPIs, and reporting production performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet goals aligned with the production plan.
• Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency and quality, addressing disruptions in real time.
• Collaborate with quality teams to identify defect trends and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports on production progress, issues, defects, and KPIs.
• Document and escalate production issues such as equipment malfunctions or manpower shortages.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to meet targets and improve performance.
