Dempsey Resource Management in Valenzuela is seeking a results-oriented Production/Factory Manager to lead daily factory operations and ensure on-time completion. You will translate schedules, assign manpower and equipment, and drive recovery plans to meet deadlines.

Year-round coordination with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse and QA/QC is required, along with monitoring CNC, welding, painting, assembly and packing to maintain quality and discipline.

• Proficiency in reading production drawings and fabrication processes.

• Ability to make decisions under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic Excel/ERP skills for production tracking.
• Familiarity with electrical switchgear or sheet-metal fabrication is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own daily factory production and project completion.
• Execute the master production schedule with the Industrial Engineer.

• Assign manpower, machines and work areas by priority.
• Conduct daily production meetings.
• Monitor CNC, bending, welding, painting, assembly, wiring and packing.
• Identify bottlenecks before they affect delivery dates.
• Monitor material availability and escalate shortages.
• Monitor drawing/CAD-CAM/program readiness.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse and QA/QC.
• Develop recovery plans when production falls behind.
• Authorize overtime, manpower reassignment and resequencing.
• Monitor rework, rejects and production quality.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety and production discipline.
• Provide management with accurate project completion forecasts.
• Be accountable for on-time production completion.
