Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical production activities at Brgy. Bagbaguin, Valenzuela City. The role requires strong interpretation of electrical drawings and hands-on supervision on the shop floor.

You will guide electricians, verify installations—breakers, busbars, CTs, metering—and coordinate with Design Engineering to resolve drawing discrepancies, ensuring adherence to wiring and protection standards on the factory floor.

Qualifications

  • BS Electrical Engineering required.
  • Preferably Registered Electrical Engineer.
  • Strong ability to interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
  • Experience with panelboard/switchgear and MCCB/ACB/MCB is essential.
  • Proficient in wiring diagrams, busbar fundamentals and CT/meters knowledge.
  • Able to troubleshoot electrical systems and supervise shop-floor activities.
  • Familiarity with BOM interpretation and production coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise technical electrical production.
  • Interpret approved shop drawings and single-line diagrams.
  • Verify breaker, busbar, CT, metering and component installation.
  • Guide electricians/assemblers.
  • Verify wiring requirements.
  • Resolve technical production questions.
  • Coordinate drawing discrepancies with Design Engineering.
  • Prepare/verify production requirements before assembly begins.
  • Check BOM against drawings and actual requirements.
  • Assist Production Manager in identifying technical production risks.
  • Ensure correct installation of electrical components.
  • Monitor assembly workmanship.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC regarding inspections and testing.
  • Assist in troubleshooting failed tests.
  • Verify torque requirements and electrical clearances.
  • Check busbar arrangement and connections.
  • Ensure revisions are properly implemented on the production floor.
  • Prepare technical punch lists before QA/QC inspection.
  • Report technical blockers immediately to the Production Manager.
