Job summary

A manufacturing company in Bulacan is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering Supervisor to lead production and ensure quality standards. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in electrical fabrication and at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Key responsibilities include supervising daily operations, training staff, and improving production metrics. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a PRC license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical fabrication or manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• F. Licensed Engineer (PRC certification) is required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, electrical systems, and materials engineering.
• Experience with BOM preparation, cost estimation, and production planning.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve engineering and technical issues.
