Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in the Philippines invites applications for a hands-on production leader to manage daily factory operations.

You will translate the master production schedule into daily targets, assign manpower and machines, and drive continuous improvement with Engineering, Purchasing, QA/QC, and Warehouse teams. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, manufacturing discipline, ability to read production drawings, and solid familiarity with fabrication processes.

Qualifications

• Strong production leadership and manufacturing experience are essential.
• Ability to translate the master production schedule into daily targets; drive performance.
• Proven capability in manpower planning, bottleneck resolution and problem solving.
• Familiarity with reading production drawings and understanding fabrication processes.
• Proficiency with basic Excel/ERP tools.
• Ability to coordinate across Engineering, Purchasing, QA/QC and Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Own daily factory production and project completion.
• Execute the master production schedule.
• Translate weekly targets into daily production targets.
• Assign manpower, machines and work areas according to priorities.
• Conduct daily production meetings.
• Monitor CNC, bending, welding, painting, assembly, wiring and packing.
• Identify bottlenecks before they affect delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse and QA/QC.
• Develop recovery plans when production falls behind.
• Authorize overtime, manpower reassignment and resequencing.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and production discipline.

Primary mission:

Deliver projects according to the approved production schedule, quality requirements and target labor hours.

Responsibilities

• Translate weekly targets into daily production targets.
• Assign manpower, machines and work areas according to priorities.
• Conduct daily production meetings.
• Monitor CNC, bending, welding, painting, assembly, wiring and packing.
• Identify bottlenecks before they affect delivery dates.
• Monitor material availability and immediately escape shortages.
• Monitor drawing/CAD-CAM/program readiness.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse and QA/QC.
• Develop recovery plans when production falls behind.
• Authorize/recommend overtime, manpower reassignment and production resequencing.
• Monitor rework, rejects and production quality problems.
• Maintain good housekeeping, safety and production discipline.
• Give management accurate project completion forecasts.
• Be accountable for on-time production completion.
