Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Planning Specialist to determine what can realistically be produced, when, and what resources are required. You will continuously improve factory productivity and serve as the numbers person for manufacturing.

Strong skills in production planning, capacity planning, lean methods, and advanced Excel are essential. On-site location in Valenzuela, Philippines, with exposure to ERP/MRP and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• BS Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in production planning and capacity planning.
• Strong time-and-motion study and work measurement skills.
• Ability to develop standard times and manpower plans.
• Proficiency in process mapping and bottleneck analysis.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and 5S implementation experience.
• Root-cause analysis and strong data analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and KPI/dashboard development experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine realistic production plans, resources needed and timelines.
• Analyze capacity and workflow to improve factory productivity.
• Serve as the numbers person for manufacturing performance.
