Job summary

Ferrotech Industrial Engineering Inc. in Valenzuela City seeks a Production Supervisor to assist the Production Manager and lead all Production Leadmen in organizing and monitoring the production workflow.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (prefer Industrial Engineering) with 2+ years of supervisory experience in metal fabrication or 3 years in cylinder fabrication, and demonstrates strong leadership, teamwork, and resilience under pressure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years supervisory skills in metal industry or 3-year experience in supervisory skills in cylinder fabrication.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to the Production Manager.
• Supervise all Production Leadmen, organize and monitor the production workflow.
• Ensure timely and safe completion of production assignments while upholding quality standards.
