Job summary

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any related engineering course.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in production or manufacturing, with 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, quality control, and manufacturing operations.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and problem-solving tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
